Couch to 5K - I did it!

I completed the 9 wk program by Active.com.  I came in at around week 3.  Every bit of it was enjoyable, especially when running with a group.  I highly recommend it.  The last day is a 30 minute run.  However, I am doing more of a 35 minute run to complete a full 5K.  But, hey, it's better than nothing.  Check out my youtube vid where I did a review!

Now this is a paid app.  I am not sure how it compares to the free apps, but so long as they get you moving...who cares!
